Peter Lucas - Chairman SRG Retail

Peter joined John Collier in 1977, and as Personnel Director he was part of the management buyout of John Collier in 1982. In 1989 on the acquisition of the business Peter was appointed Managing Director of William Baird menswear operations, and in March 1995 became a member of the PLC board. He was Chief

Executive of Baird Menswear Brands and Chairman of Melka-Tenson, Van Gils, Lowe Alpine and Baird Corporate wear before leading a management buyout in 2000.

Peter is Chairman of the British Clothing Industry Association, and is a Director of the British Fashion Council.
